I am a fee-for-service psychology provider and payment is generally expected at the time of each session. I accept cash, check, or major credit card.
Depending upon your health insurance, you may have “out of network” benefits that will enable you to receive partial reimbursement for payments you make for my services. You should contact your insurance company to determine these benefits. I will provide you with a billing statement for each session that contains all of the necessary information to submit your claims to your insurance company.
Psychological services are eligible expenses for Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA, FSA).
Please kindly give 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.
